Ornata orange flowered

seeds of this beautiful RARE Musa Ornata orange flowered variety. Very small plants that seem to take forever to put on any growth, but well worth the wait.  Originally from India this 5 foot plant is hardy to zones 9-11. It can benefit from slow release fertilizer and fish emulsion and kept in full sun. It has beautiful pestfree foliage and a maroon/orangish midrib running down the 2 foot leaf.  The seeds need to be soaked for 24 hrs and then sown 1" deep and kept at 72 - 80 degrees with light. These can take anywhere from 8 weeks to 4 months to germinate.
