Very heavy bloomer with a very strong fragrance in the evening and early morning, you can smell it as soon as you are within 30 feet of this plant. Hardy to zone 7 and above, will die back to the ground with extended freezing temperatures but will grow right back in the spring.

Hardy to zone 7 and above and grows up to 10 feet tall, will die back to the ground with extended freezing temperatures but will grow right back in the spring. I have had good luck with both planting in the ground and in containers in my zone 8b area. I do not use any chemicals on my plants and therefor at certain times of the year you are able to find nibbles here and there on the most of the host plants for butterflies.
