Frangipani or plumeria plant

FREE SHIPPING -3 inch pot-Frangipani or plumeria plant that I have been growing for three years. They were grown from seeds that I purchased from the daughter of a hybridizer in Hawaii (this woman had passed away and the daughter was selling some of her seeds). I have never had any of them bloom in this south Georgia location, the picture is just an example as to what they may look like.
