This Akebia alba is the white version of the famous chocolate vine. Covered with the clusters of white blossoms during the spring, this is a real show stopper. Growing to 15 feet in zones 7 and above, it is very easy care. Visit my gallery for more pictures.

Stansils Double Alamanda. This evergreen vine grows 10' to 14' and is a good choice for growing over a trellis. It is covered with these beautiful double yellow blossoms throughout the summer. Variegated Bleeding Heart vine or Clerodendrum x thompsoniae 'Variegata', the leaves are small fleshy dark green, light green, chartreuse and creamy white. The beautiful white bleeding hearts can cover this plant and every one of them has a beautiful small bright red flower emerge from the bottom of the heart. This red flower has many small red tentacles coming out of the center. This smaller variety can grow 3'-4' is hardy in zones 9-11. Ipomoea acuminata a beautiful electric blue perennial morning glory vine. This plant is a pure joy for the gardener who want almost instant coverage. These vines grow up to 30' and will give you a spectacular display from early spring right on through the fall. In zone 8b this vine is evergreen with very dark, ivy shaped large leaves that are somewhat fuzzy as are the stems. Great for trellises or covering out buildings with beautiful bright blue blossoms.

Thunbergia grandiflora Augusta. Also known as Giant Blue sky vine  this lovely vine grows 15'-20' is hardy in zones 8a-11and has blossoms that can be 6 inches across. Grows in full or partial sun and keep moist throughout the summer. The 6 inch holly shaped soft leaves make this plant always look good. Blossoms from midsummer though the late fall.
