Quart plant Passiflora Quadrangularis. This plant grows 30 to 35 feet and is root hardy in zones 8 and higher. It likes the full sunshine and a mild dose of potash in the early spring. The flowers on this plant are about 4 inches across and have large maroon petals with purple and blue filaments. This vine produced lots of these blossoms during this past summer followed by large fruits about 2 inches across.
A Starter plant of Passiflora Quasar in a pearl white color. This vine produced hundreds of these blossoms during this past summer and gives off a lightly perfumed scent. The vine grew to about 10 feet and was pretty much pest free. This vine is foliage hardy in zones 9 and higher. It can be brought inside during cold weather.
