Starter plant of Alstroemeria psittacina. A tropical from Brazil. In the spring, they send up 8-12 inch stalks  with the foliage clustered in a little umbrella at the top of the stem. As the season progresses, the stem grow to 18-30 inches. Hummingbirds love this plant.Zones 7-10.
