Growing up to 6 feet tall, and hardy to 20 to 25 degrees or zone 9 and above. Ideal conditions are full sun, rich, well drained loam soil with a pH of approximately 7. 5, regular deep watering in summer and liberal applications of fertilizer in early summer.

These can take anywhere from 8 weeks to 4 months to germinate.
